With this film being so brutal one was certainly needed. A storyline isn't really needed in a horror film but it does help. The only problem is that the film is quite boring and there's no storyline to speak of. I've seen plenty of tasteless films in my life but this thing here passes them all. Another scene has the killer killing his ex wife and then taking their six-month-old son out of his crib and making him see the corpse of his mother. Two scenes involve young girls (under the age of 10) being cut up. The film crosses every line possible including three incredibly brutal scenes that IMO are just wrong. The film tries hard to be like a "snuff" movie and over thirty people are killing and it was rumored that 55 gallons of blood were used during the making. Most of the rape scenes also have the Nazi killer slicing up the women at the same time. The entire running time features nothing but rape, violence, gore and all of it to the extreme. I've been following all the hype surrounding this film the past couple years and after finally viewing it I can say this film here goes where no other horror film (even those sexually perverted ones) would try. Director NicK Palumbo's film follows a German man who stalks women (and even children) in Las Vegas. Murder-Set Pieces (2004) * 1/2 (out of 4) Let me introduce you to the very first film in history that three film labs refused to print.
